You have the following rights vis-à-vis us regarding your personal data.

You have the right to be provided with information about your personal data, to have your personal data corrected or erased, to restrict the scope of processing of your personal data or to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to data transferability. If data is processed with your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time with future effect.

Under Art. 21 (1) GDPR you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is pursued on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (e) GDPR (data processing in the public interest) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (data processing pursued for purposes of legitimate interest); this also applies to any profiling based on this regulation. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If we process your data for direct marketing purposes you have the right under Art. 21 (2) GDPR to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

If you object to our processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.

What personal data do we collect when you visit our website?

If you visit our website for purely informational purposes and do not register or transmit your data to us in any other way, we will collect only the personal data which your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the data detailed below, which is needed by us for technical reasons so that we can display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security. ALBIS PLASTIC GmbH is not able to attribute this data to any particular person. We do not combine this data with other data sources. The data is erased after statistical evaluation and is used exclusively to enhance the attractiveness, content and functionality of our web pages.

Contacting us by email or using the contact form

When you contact us by email or using a contact form, the data transmitted by you (your email address and your name and the text of your communication) are stored by us to enable us to reply to your enquiry. If we request the input of details on our contact form which are not necessary for contacting us, we always state that providing such details is optional. We can use these details to concretise your enquiry and to enable us to deal better with the matter for you. We stress that transmitting these details is purely voluntary and with your consent – see Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. If these details concern channels of communication (such as email address or telephone number) you also give your consent to our contacting you using this channel of communication to reply to your enquiry. You may of course revoke this consent at any time with future effect.

We erase data gathered in this connection once storage is no longer required, or, if there is a statutory obligation to keep the data, we restrict the extent of processing.

SSL encryption

This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of sensitive content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. Job applications

You may apply for jobs with our company by electronic means such as email or web forms. We will of course only use your data for the purpose of processing your application and will not pass it on to any third party. Please note that emails sent without encryption are not protected against unauthorised access.

If you have applied for a particular job and it has already been filled or if we think that a different job would be more suited to you or would be even better for you, we would be happy to pass on your application within the company. Please let us know if you do not consent to our forwarding your application in this way.

Your personal data will be erased immediately, but at any rate after no more than six months, once the application process has been completed unless you have given us your express consent to store your data for longer or unless we enter into a contract. This website uses the open-source analytics platform Matomo in order to create statistics regarding the use of the website. Matomo saves the collected data in a database. In order to protect the forms on this website, we use the "reCAPTCHA" service of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google". By using this service it can be distinguished whether the corresponding input is of human origin or is abusive through automated machine processing. The integration of the service requires the transmission of the IP address and possibly further data required by Google for the service reCAPTCHA to Google. This website uses the Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed through an interface. The Google Tag Manager only implements tags. This website uses plugins from the sie YouTube, which is operated by Google. Site operator is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit a page that has a YouTube plug-in, it will connect to YouTube's servers. This tells the Youtube server which pages you have visited.

To the extent that external service providers may come into contact with your personal data, we give our assurance within the scope of contract processing under Art. 28 GDPR that such processors comply in the same way with data protection regulations.
